All exchange charges, if any defect in the first exchange attempt, will be the responsibility of TUPODE. In other requests for exchange being by size of the same order, a new freight charge will be made to the requester.

Exchange Procedure

4. The product must be presented in the same condition in which it was received / purchased (in the original packaging, without signs of use and containing all accessories).

5. The item to be returned must be posted by the customer through the MAIL (EMS) service and which takes between 15 - 20 working days to arrive here in Brazil, after receipt we will send you a new exchange product. return, the product must be in the original packaging or brown paper, so that its box or packaging is not damaged.
